Add rsync, nano, pv, htop packages to Docker images

This merge request adds three new packages to the docker images:

• htop: Shows a dynamical overview of all running processes
• nano: As an (bad) alternative for vim
• pv: Can shows a progress bar whenever we pipe something
• rsync: Needed to deploy
